Refund Policy

Unisphere HQ Limited ("UnisphereHQ", "we", "us", "our") is committed to fair and transparent refund practices. This policy outlines how refunds are handled for purchases made through UnisphereHQ. This policy supplements our Terms of Service. For full terms governing your use of UnisphereHQ, please refer to the Terms of Service.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all purchases made through UnisphereHQ, including:

  • Pro subscriptions (monthly and yearly plans)
  • Community membership fees
  • Event tickets
  • Creator subscriptions

2. In-App Subscriptions (Pro Plans)

Pro subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are governed by the respective store's refund policies:

  • Apple App Store: Request refunds through Apple Support or the Report a Problem page. Apple manages all App Store refund decisions.
  • Google Play Store: Request refunds through Google Play Support. Google manages all Play Store refund decisions.

UnisphereHQ cannot process refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play. You must contact the respective store directly.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time:

  • iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > UnisphereHQ
  • Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions > UnisphereHQ
  • Web: Settings > Subscription > Manage

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to Pro features until then.

3. Community Membership Fees and Event Tickets

Purchases made via Stripe (community memberships, event tickets, creator subscriptions) are subject to the following:

3.1 Cooling-Off Period (UK Consumer Rights)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Extra Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase for digital content and services.

However, by proceeding with a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Digital content delivery begins immediately upon purchase
  • You expressly consent to the loss of your right to cancel once delivery has begun

The following sections describe product-specific refund rights, which may provide additional protections beyond the general rule above.

3.2 Event Tickets

  • Refund requests for event tickets must be made at least 48 hours before the event start time.
  • No refunds are available for events that have already started or concluded.
  • If an event is cancelled by the host, you will receive a full refund automatically.
  • If an event is rescheduled, you may request a refund if the new date does not suit you.

3.3 Community Memberships

  • You may cancel a recurring community membership at any time.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • If you have not accessed premium community content, you are eligible for a full refund within the 14-day cooling-off period. Once you access paid content, the cooling-off period is waived (you will be informed of this at the point of purchase).
  • Community creators may set their own additional refund policies (e.g. 7-day, 30-day, or no-refund), which will be displayed at the point of purchase. These custom policies apply in addition to the statutory cooling-off period.

3.4 Creator Subscriptions

  • Creator subscription refunds follow the same policy as community memberships.
  • The creator may set their own additional refund terms, which will be displayed at the point of purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

For Stripe-processed purchases, contact us:

  • Email: support@unispherehq.co.uk
  • Subject line: Refund Request — [Order/Transaction ID]

Include:

  • Your UnisphereHQ username or email
  • The transaction or receipt ID
  • The reason for your refund request

We aim to respond to refund requests within 5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Platform service fees may be non-refundable where the service has already been rendered.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error or without your authorisation, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We're committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

7. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
